Shipping & Handling Rates

Since each item is attached a shipping unit, the Shipping Charge for the whole order will be calculated base on the total shipping units with the following formula:

North America:
Base + charges per unit * total units
USA $10.00 + $1.90 * total units
Canada $9.00 + $1.60 * total units
International $49.00 + $2.90 * total units

Tax and Customs

Customer who resided in Ontario, Canada
GST and PST are applicable to order total.

Customer who resided outside of Ontario, Canada
GST is applicable to order total.

Customer who resided in USA
A4audio.com is not responsible for any import duties and taxes of your order. There may be additional customs, duties or taxes charged by your local Government. We do not calculate these charges. Please check your local customs agency for more information.

Customs Sticker

A4audio.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Canadian shipments. We are unable to honour request to suppress the value of the package contents on customs stickers.

Credit Card Safety

A4audio.com is committed to making your shopping experience on the Internet as safe and secure as possible. We are concerned about security and have installed the most powerful encryption technology available today. In the unlikely event that your credit card is stolen and fraudulently used, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card company. Most credit card companies will cover all charges resulting from unauthorised use or limit your liability to $50.

Our industry standard SSL secure server technology encrypts all your purchasing and credit card information. This means that all your purchasing information is encoded and is unreadable as it travels to our server. All our customers' information is stored in a database on a server that is not connected to the Internet and is secured behind our internal security systems. A4audio.com has a policy not to sell, lend or rent any customer information without first obtaining our customer's permission.

Privacy Guarantee of A4audio

We must not rent or sell our customers' name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. But we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

We usually update you by email if you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters.

Inventory Information and Order Status

Even we do our best to keep track our inventory current, sometimes demand makes this impossible. There is no guarantee that an item listed will actually be available. Inventory can change significantly from day to day. An album may be in stock when you place your order but it may be sold by the time the order is processed.

Any information about the item in your order (e.g., "Shipped," Unavailable," etc.) will be sent to you by email after we inspect the order from you. Moreover, You also can check the status of the order in your Order History.Order status is updated several times per week.

We do not charge your credit card until the item ships.

Returns on Damaged or Defective Products

Upon receiving the package, please carefully examine the package and notify the delivery person if the exterior of the carton is being damaged. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company and file a damage claim. Once the damage claim is filed, please inform us at customer@a4audio.com and we will be able to replace the damaged item to you at no cost. We will replace the damaged item with the same item (no substitutions).

If you have problems with a product once you receive it, please contact our customer service for assistance. They will work with you and try to resolve the issue. Most often defective products really aren't defective, but are simply not being used properly. If an item is determined to be defective, we will exchange it at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. Please send email to customer@a4audio.com for an RA# prior to return the products. We cannot accept returned products without the RA# on the outside of the box. Please ensure you do not write or damage on the actual packing box of the product. Please include your order number, title(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return in the email. (We are not able to return opened software). Restocking fee may apply for accessory items. All fluids and items with an adhesive backing are not returnable.

All original packaging, instructions, cables, warranty cards must be included in your return. Please make sure to send the return via an insured carrier. A4audio is not responsible for the lost returns.

Changes to Price and Availability

Due to the nature of the industry, we reserve the right to change the price or availability at any time without notice.
